Shipping Policy

All orders above Rs. 1000 are eligiblie for free shipping. It typically takes 6-8 working days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at online@servewell.co.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Refunds

At Servewell, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that all relevant information is clearly given on the product pages, we cannot accept exchange or return of products due to size or design preference issues, once sold or delivered.

In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

  • If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
  • For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
  • Servewell is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
  • Exchange and return of products will be accepted only if the products are damaged. 
  • Offers section is not applicable for return.
